Exceptional

Amazing location. Great value for being in central Paris, Norte Damn is just steps away! The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and efficient. I would definitely return and recommend Hotel Rivoli to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Paris

Great safe location, friendly stuff.

The location is great: close to the underground, within the walking distance to the Louvre. As a female solo traveler I was feeling really safe. Even at night there wasnt any noise/ disturbances from the outside. Also the stuff on the reception was extremely friendly and english speaking.

Great location and views across the city

Great Location and fantastic view accross Notre Dame. The room was very clean and warm.

The stairs but I knew my room was on the 6th floor but it didnt really matter just tooknmy time to climb the stairs. avoid if you have mobility problem. they have rooms on 2nd floor to 6th floor

The location is great. The room is small, but I expected worse. The room is warm, the view is nice. Some staff members are quite welcoming.

Some staff members are not friendly. We could not check in at 12:00, only at 14:00. The bathroom was leaking. The bathroom is very basic.

Enjoyable.

The room was clean and comfortable, basic but good place to sleep, all you need for a busy weekend in Paris.The location was right in the centre of Paris, great for visiting the many attractions.

The room was a little too warm, a thermostatic valve on the radiator would have been helpful. A shelf in the shower would be useful. It was a little noisy at night but only to be expected in a City centre.
