It was OK

It is close to the beach and restaurants. The suites are spacious, including a balcony.

The rooms are noisy. One can hear almost everything happening in the next room, including the loud toilet flushing. It is quite annoying, especially at night. Also most facilities were shut down due to vacation.

Easy short distance from the airport but right on the beach, easy walking to the marina and surrounded by amazing restau

Fabulous location near the marina and restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic.

The swimming pools were quite cold by the time we went at the end of October. We only ate here on our last night (breakfast were great so thought wed give it a go) evening food definitely not as good and we all got a bug 24 hours later however we could have picked up something on the plane so I wouldnt let this put me off staying here again.

The location of the hotel is great with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping

The staff are rude and unhelpful. The rooms are not cleaned well. The food at the outside restaurant is terrible and the staff are unfriendly. The premium rooftop pool has no bar and terrible slow service if any at all - there is a bell to ring and if you are lucky someone will come to take your drinks order and then bring the drinks up to you 30minutes later. The pool is unheated and like an ice bath. It is not a premium experience. There are too many tables close together at breakfast and very busy and poorly laid out even at off peak. We did not bother trying the buffet dinner as had little belief in the hotel by this point. The luggage room is unsecured and our bags and other guest bags were stolen. The manager of the hotel is evasive and abrupt. The hotel should be listed as a 2 possibly 3 star.

Misleading hotel with closed facilities

All facilities are closed, pool and beach. No mention of this on booking.com

The service was terrible, the staff expected me to know the facilities were closed. Paid 15 euros for a sea view room to be told that the rooms facing the sea are closed for renovation

Perfect hotel for a short break out of season.

Fabulous location, very modern and clean. Bed very comfy and room great size with sea view.

No heated pool even though it advertise one, it was freezing.

I love the whole hotel. It never disappoints. The reception staff Rocio and Carlos were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It's so central for everything. Can't wait to go again
