Hotel staff was unflexible, we asked for late check out for health reasons and they said they did not have available rooms. We did find a room from booking.com and we had to pay for it double price...

Lovely stay, but dont book all inclusive!

The staff were super lovely and accommodating. Everything is super easy to navigate and we really like our room. It was a good location as it was right on the beach front and along the shopping parade.

I would not recommend, I REPEAT, would not recommend booking all inclusive. The food, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner, is absolutely rubbish. Myself and family really struggled to enjoy eating there and ended up going outside the hotel for lunch and dinner most nights. The all inclusive drinks were great though!

A pleasant and relaxing experience.

We liked the setting around the hotel. The gardens and pool area are well kept. The hotel is situated in a great part of Puerto de la Cruz for browsing around the shops.

Awful- would not recommend. Stay up the street at Hotel Botanica, much nicer property

Nothing. The large beach front advertised in pictures does not belong to hotel. Half the area was broken and you need to pay 5 euros a day.

AC was broken. It was cooler outside than inside the hotel room which is completely unacceptable. The hotel pictures need to be updated, probably using photos from 2002 when hotel was considered new/modern. Hotel staff tried to fix and tell me to give me time, once we realized it would not get cooler we checked into a different hotel. Only to find out I would be charged a full night stay even though we were in room for only 3 hours. Hotel staff said it was too late which was extremely rude after staff told us to wait it out This is not a hotel for young couples, majority of guests over 80 and hotel is more suited for older community.
