Decent hotel

The hotel itself is decent. Most of the staff very nice. Plenty of space in the car park. A beach accessible directly from a hotel. Very close to a fairly large grocery market.

A nightmare was a breakfast after 9 a.m. A restaurant, although large, was completely overcrowded, often there was no place to sit and queues for food very long - and exactly at that time part of a restaurant was closing, making available space even less. Around one of the pools there was no grass, just soil/mud. The lifts worked very badly. I often decided to walk down from the top floor on foot after a very long wait for the lift. Very poor air conditioning in the fitness room.

Definitely it is not a 4 star hotel. It is a good, but overpriced 3 star hotel.

The hotel has a direct beach and town access which is amazing. Beautiful views during the meals from the restaurant. It has a spa. Free deposit box, free internet. There are 3 or 4 swimming pools and a children's play area, two children's pools. It offers a photo service- of course, they don't say prices but, ok. The taxi service to the airport is good and convenient.

Well, the breakfast and dinner were almost all the same each day on day 5 I wanted to go home. The Internet wasn't good enough so I was glad I could use my own mobile internet for work purposes. The tiles in the children's swimming pool are all black- if you go to the main pool most of the tiles are clean. The area around the swimming pools is not clean enough. The staff cleans/scrubs the ground early in the morning and dirt can get to the swimming pool after it was ( I hope it was filtered) during the night. The sun beds are disgustingly dirty and "reserved" by smart guests who do not appear most of the day. Toilets are disgustingly dirty and flooding. Guests without kids come to chill near the children's swimming pool and smoking there. Disgusting! No signs of non-smoking. Staff- some people were nice- but most of them were not. We had to chase the cleaning lady every day because she gave us only two sets of towels while we were 4 people ( two kids needed towels as well). The entertainment during the day was good- I liked the pool disco during the day. The night was boring- as staff spoke Spanish most of the time during the kid's entertainment and we couldn't understand. No kettle in the room and there were gaps in the floor between tiles. No mini bar or water in the room.

Brilliant weekend

Food was amazing. Great choice for breakfast and dinner. Pool area was massive. Most areas got the sun all day. Beds very comfy. Right on the beach.

Entertainment was questionable Drinks quite expensive as Spain goes. Had to get a taxi home from the centre at night.... walked there in the evening but too far to walk back

Very good

Good family hotel.

Good layout of pools with a quieter pool at the front of the hotel. Lots of facilities within the hotel. Helpful, friendly staff.

Some of the dinner services were horrendously busy. Queuing quite some time for hot food.

Poor

We wont stay here again.

Booked a family room( 3 of us ) arrived to find only 2 beds in the room. Asked for a bigger room they said no and put an extra bed in an already small room. Once the extra bed was in the room we could not open the cupboard and had to squeeze around room.

Passable

Not for single travellers who are looking for excitement.

Beach side hotel with nice sandy beach across the street. Room is good size with partial sea view. Beds are large and comfortable. Wardrobe big enough for clothes for at least two people, with safe provided.

The elevator didn't work on my floor for most of the stay period, so had to either take stairs down or wait for someone to choose my floor as destination :) NO bottled water provided... really? I helped my self with that in supermarket just outside of hotel. Breakfast quality and selection was not impressive, coffee is a joke. Good hotel for pensioners and families with small kids... I think.
