Very good

Thanks to team Hotel which could be ready answer all my questions and helm me with iron room.

I like this hotel for staying to 1-2 days. The room so easy but have all needs. There was clean and hotel have a free breakfast that was pleasant. I agree with status hotel - 3 stars.

Internet connection is ver poor year 2023 and nice clean hotel has got very very poor internet connection speed is less than 1 GB and keep disconnecting

Very good

Clean spacious room with a river view. Around 15 minutes walking to the verona centre, good choice if you have a car as it is easy to park around. Good breakfast too !

I can confidently recommend

Convenient location to the station, 20 minutes walk to the center. This is not the first time we have stayed at the hotel.

I would like to see more comfortable blankets. It would be nice to add vegetables for breakfast.

Great location for tourists in terms of public transportation accessibility. We had a special request that was fulfilled by the hotel. It has a luggage store what was handy for us. We had a modern bathroom and good view to the river.

Bad WiFi connection in our room. However in the lobby area/restaurant it was better. Very bad noise isolation in the room, your could hear every step outside. In our opinion, the hotel has too many signs and rules on the walls, both in the public places and in the room. Their WhatsApp icon and number was everywhere. It does not give the hotel vibe. It could be useful but it is not classy for a hotel in my view.

Disappointing

Sewage water

The included breakfast has many options

Room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Poop stain in the toilet. Visible dirt and hairs on the unswept floor. Mattress was worn, could feel the metal springs in multiple places. I filled my water bottle from the tap and it smelled like sweage. The older front desk attendant was not friendly and short.
