Nice! Beware of extra charge for mini bar

The staff is very nice and helpful, the hotel is clean and beautiful The hotel is located in a safe area but far from restaurants, etc. Fast if you take a cab but you can't walk. The hotel didn't tell me that having a mini bar was extra and charged me 88.500 Colombian pesos for it even though I told them that I wasn't aware and only used 1 bottle of water. I paid and left. We got stuck on the elevator one evening. A few minutes after it started working but I just pushed the second floor, when it opened I got out ( 1st day at the hotel) and took the stairs. I never took the elevator again until I left. The next morning I asked the front desk, and the guy told me it happens and that the elevator works right now. I booked a room with a balcony but got a room without. When i asked i was told it was not available.

I'm currently on a bike tour through Colombia. As I came straight from the airport, the bike was in a standard cardboard box. When I asked if I could store the bike with them for three nights (as I wanted to visit Medellin for three days), I was told that this was not possible and that I should rent a room. I asked for a solution to the problem - but this was simply ignored. I stayed in room 509 - the internet connection was very poor and kept dropping out. On the 2nd day the internet went down completely (which can certainly happen). Based on the experience with the service, I would not book the hotel again.

Decent hotel in a good location

Nice hotel in a good location. Easy to get around. Lots of nice bars nearby.

Difficult at times to communicate with staff although they did their best. I need to learn Spanish :)

Everything was clean and the location is good

We reserved a room with a bathtub and living room and the first night they gave us an incorrect room.When we claimed they didn't have more of the reserved type of room. We had to complain several times to reserve a non-monetary compensation.
