Very good

Location was good, room was large with enough beds for all the family.

The cleaning lack detail. The bathroom specially. The bathroom fan was very dusty and there were stain on the wall. We didnt used the pool because it was right next to the lobby next to the bar and there seemed to be too many adults drinking around it. For us it was more of a family trip.

I loved the comfort of the bedroom and playing at the pool

Food was not the best prepared either the best presented and we didnt count on ropes or flip-flops and cleaniness in the sauna and turco was unacceptable

Bad smell in the room coming from plumbing. Shower didnt have soap handles. I had to put every in the shower floor. No hand towels. Breakfast and food No good. It was from the night before

The elevator looked like it was from the 17th century. It also broke down, could not fit more than two people.

The elevator was atrocious and broke down. We had to carry suitcases down a very narrow staircase, which made it quite dangerous. The rooms have no air-conditioning and it was quite warm

Good value.

Nice Hotel, friendly staff. Good value. If you want to find decent restaurants nearby, go to the right over the bridge towards the Santa Fe.

Major venue for meetings and weddings. Can be noisy till late.

The pool was amazing!!! It was not cold, elegant, big!

The elevator didn't work, the reservation in Booking doesn't include breakfast, they didn't leave towels for the floor in the bathroom, and didn't bring them even though we asked for them

Exceptional

A brilliant stay.

Absolutely brilliant, no complaints. Everything was seamless and worked perfectly as stated - consistent hot water, wifi, reception, good breakfast. The staff were professional and respectful while being friendly. A very pleasant stay all around.

No complaints really, a couple of American guests might have been a bit loud but that's hardly the hotel's fault.
