Do not recommend, please read fully - be warned!!

Exceptions made, the staff was very friendly and helping. Location was very good and the view of our room was also very nice. We felt save at the location since there was always security on guard.

Upon arrival we reserved the pick up service, however, there was no one at the airport. Once we arrived at the hotel we got in an argument with the receptionist regarding the service, even after showing the conversations. Once we where shown to our room we got 'dumped' in a dirty, very old and uncomfortable room (we booked the junior Suite). The receptionist started the argument with us that this indeed was the room we booked and payed for. The receptionist was very, very rude and was not looking for a solution. After us being very direct he told us that we can be shown to the room we booked first thing tomorrow between 10 AM and 11 AM. The next morning we walked to the reception confirming that the change was still going as discussed, and he agreed. At 11 AM I asked when we would be showed to our room once the receptionist mentioned that nothing is ready, he never said changing would be between 10/11 AM and that we again have it all wrong. Here we wasted our entire first morning waiting for nothing. Finally we got into our room at 5PM that day. *SCAM WARNING* The worst part was that we invited one of our friends over for a drink prior after a night out when we got knocked out of our room by security telling us our friend would need to sign in at the front desk, not a problem of course! Arriving at the front desk they made us pay 100.000 Pesos for him to enter our room, even when we said that it would just be for a drink and that he would be on his way within the following 60 minutes. After mentioning this the next morning at the front desk, our beloved receptionist said that we signed for this on check in and that there would be nothing refunded!!!!! Asking to see where we did, he showed us the check in form where at the terms everything was written in Spanish. One sentence was written in English where we thought it would all mean the same. Truly unacceptable and something we NEVER experienced for JUST A DRINK!!!

Very bad experience on the weekend.

The size of the suit

The staff wasnt friendly, no even drinking water was available, the restaurant was close on Sunday .No minibar in the bedroom. Very bad smell in the bathroom. They dont provide water, coffee or hot water. Not even to sell.

Good staff, Armando the bartender was the best, ask for him he's a saint

They need to change the room windows to double glass or soundproof windows. Because you can hear the heavy traffic noise from outside all day long. If you are a sensitive sleeper it will keep you up and disturb your night rest
