Location was great - rooms were comfortable and clean Front desk was nice and helpful with indications and maps

Due to several pedestrian only streets, would be nicer if driving directions were provided to avoid these roads. Also no coffee available in room or in the lobby

Location is a main plus

Location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the city centre. Big underground parking, though it is very tight and a bit pricy as for the hotel guests. Breakfast is good.

Absolutely no soundproofing in the room. You hear your neighbours (especially in the bathroom through the ventilation luke), and you hear everything that is happening in the corridors. The room design and facilities are outdated, like from the 90-ties. Room already requires renovation. No tea pot / coffee machine in the room. No flip-flops, no bathrobes. Is this really a 4-star hotel?

Carmen at the front desk was so gracious, welcoming and helpful. She really represents your hotel very well and put a very positive accent on our stay in cordoba. I hope you value her.

Based on pictures, I expected to be able to eat breakfast outside and was disappointed to not be able to readily access that from breakfast area.
