Great place and location for touring the city

Provided a bottle of cava for free in the room. Really clean. Large rooms.

I expect it's only a temporary thing but the room was facing the main street and they are doing a repair on the street and there is a large metal plate over it. Everytime a car drove over it it made a loud banging noise that was fairly loud.

Very comfortable stay in a clean room with nice extras. Staff was very friendly.

Big comfortable beds. Very clean. Close to all the major attractions. Staff is friendly and helpful. Block out curtains and heating.

There are big iron plates in the road outside which makes a lot of noise every time a car drives over it. Obviously not the propertys fault but if you are a light sleeper it can hinder your rest.

Ok except for the substandard customer service.

Good location and nice hotel.

The staff was apparently aware of noise to some rooms caused by the citys loose placement of a large metal plate on a busy street which caused loud noises throughout the night each time a vehicle drove by. Other rooms away from the noise were available yet we were booked in a room next to and directly above this plate. After complaining late at night another room was offered, but it was impractical to move as we were checking out in the morning. Breakfast was ultimately compensated but partial compensation for the room cost was denied. Staff consistently referenced the noise was from circumstances beyond its control, but it could have addressed this issue much better and taken some responsibility.
