Broken aircon made sleep impossible. No apology, no refund.

Good location

Aircon was broken so we were freezing the first night and couldn't sleep properly. The bed was not very comfortable. We should have received a refund for the first night in my opinion as it was impossible to sleep.

Luxury hotel but not snob! Loved it!

Most beautiful bathroom hotel. Professional staff, spoke French. Incredible breakfast. Best location if you travel by train: 15-20 min walk straight line from train station, 15-20 min straight line to city centre/mosque etc.

The staff made the big difference! I highly recommend this hotel!

Exceptional location to walk and get to know the city. Breakfast presentation and variety was superb! The staff at the La Santa Maria and B-Heaven were the best! Professional, caring, friendly and extremely engaging (Emilio, Molina, Maria, David, Marina, Merlina, Roberto). They made the big difference! Kudos to all of them!

Lovely breakfast with great choice. Easily accessible from train station. Quiet location.

Bit away from old town and main tourist attractions. 20-30 minute walk or a short taxi ride.

Good for business visits only. families should look elsewhere.

Beds were comfy and furniture was modern.

booked the hotel for the swimming pool and gym access. Swimming pool was closed and gym was barely functional. Ordered room service, pizza that was served was half baked and soggy. (not the best experience)

Enjoyable

Nice large room, lots of storage space. Comfortable bed.

A little TLC, needed, not must, but wold make the room look nicer. The radiator in the bathroom did not work, to dry the towels. Because of this, the cleaner gave us clean new towels, which we really did not need.
