This hotel is a complete disappointment. The decor lacks attention to detail, and the overall impression is far from clean, with dirt hidden in every nook and cranny. Sleepwear and bed linens lack a fresh scent, and housekeeping even placed pillows on the floor during room cleaning. The service is superficial, exemplified by a lack of hot water one night, with no on-duty maintenance until well past 2:30 AM. The managers response the next day was insincere, offering mere apologies and attributing the water issue to a New Years engineers absence. The front desks questioning of the purpose of requesting ice was absurd. Even after staying for five nights in a suite, priced at nearly 1700 RMB per night, I wont return even if its discounted by half. The recurring hot water issue on the last night, coupled with the staffs nonchalant response and suggestion to switch rooms, reflects a disregard for guest well-being. The late-night checkout reminder and complications regarding currency exchange further added to the disappointing experience. Everything about this hotel is subpar, and I will never return.
