Great location ... overpriced services

The location was excellent for China Town and the fantastic Markets. Decor was fresh. Quite a nice wee pool for a summer splash. Greeted by an excellent young English receptionist, Emily, who gave a comprehensive introduction to the hotel.

The breakfast was extremely overpriced - small and of very average quality. 19 big ones for a thin and uninspiring toasted sandwich slapped on a plate. The menu makes the food sound much more appealing than it is. Parking situation is not great - IHG Holiday Inn Express paid the 25 bucks for us on our first night in Adelaide. This hotel could do the same considering the inconvenience of the parking location. Poor reception staff upon leaving - did not ask how we enjoyed our stay ... just cold and no onward wishes. Expect warmer hospitality from this brand.

The view was good for the NYE fireworks, but not the prettiest side of Adelaide. Clean, tidy, classy room with everything we needed. Close to good restaurants. Quiet besides the noise that we were making. Comfortable beds (and I'm very picky where that's concerned). The roofto7iy5u bar was nice.

Was a bit disappointed to find out about the rooftop bar NYE party through Google search weeks after we'd booked. It might have been nice to get an email explaining what was happening so that we could have tailored our evening accordingly. If I had to nit pick Market Street is not the most desirable location to walk out onto. Also the fridge could have been colder.

The bedroom is very comfortable and quiet, even located in the CBD. The decor is modern and tasteful. Bathroom is amazing.

We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the quality of the food is low for the price charged and for a hotel of this quality.

Exceeded expectations from the room to Merrymakers to the coffee.

Rooms were great. Merrymaker Rooftop is an excellent place to celebrate with friends. Takeaway Coffee was perfect!!

We enjoyed our stay and found the young staff to be extremely helpful and person

There were ample choices for breakfast in the buffett but you were also able to order hot food cooked freshly. Great location and easy walk to Rundle Mall and cbd.

Pool area was small and didnt cater for the number of guests in the hotel.

Good for a very short city stay

Very cool fitout, a bit different to your usual city hotel which I liked

The rooms were a bit small for a family of four, the bar/restaurant was right in front of the lifts so you had to walk right past all the diners every time you came and went. The location was good next to the market but generally the area was not that family friendly.

Perfect location. Breakfast choices were very good. We had a room with a balcony and was very comfortable for our 3 night stay. Cheap Uber ride to the beach and close to the airport. Lots of food choices in walking distance, markets and Chinatown. 10 minute walk to Rundle Mall.

It was really windy and there was a high pitched whistling noise through the doors all night. The rooftop bar was really busy, make sure you have a booking as it is open to the public for functions. It was a great cocktail although we were jammed in a corner.
