Very good

Clean and comfortable room, friendly and accommodating staff, delicious breakfast and wonderful views from the patio and room balcony.

The room could use some upgrades with updated furnishing and decor and paint (lots of visible cracks). The common spaces seemed more modern, while the room needed some TLC.

Great spot, good value!

The property is in a great location to town. The room wasnt ready when we got there but we were able to leave our stuff while we explored which was nice! The staff were friendly and the view from the hotel was amazing!

Directions to the hotel took us to the wrong spot so that was confusing. The hotel location on the map appears to be different than the exact address. But we found it nonetheless!

Great location and lovely scenery around the hotel.

The check out experience was unprofessional. The man at the desk didnt look at me once, didnt say thank you or goodbye. I was shocked at how rude he was.

A comfortable stay for a few days

It was quiet, clean, and breakfast was good.

The walk downhill. There wasnt any assistance with our luggage which was a challenge especially when we checked out and had to go back up the hill. The shower was tiny -could have used a small shelf in there for soap and shampoo since was hard to bend over while in the shower.

I recommend short stay like for us a night or two.

Staff were helpful, kept our baggage in reception after checking out, we manage to kill time exploring Capri. They also let us checked in earlier theb scheduled time.

Be very very careful while going down, as everyone mention steep way down to hotel. My friend actually slipped and hurt. Do not trust taxi driver when they dropped you at taxi stand and say your hotel is up hill through stairs not true. We dragged our luggage all they killer stairs just to find out its down steep.

Exceptional

Excellent

Excellent location and comfortable room. The breakfast was exactly what we needed each morning and the cappuccinos made by the staff were also excellent. 10 minute walk to a great beach and quick walk into the middle of the town.
