Breakfast adequate. Location good, 10 min taxi drive to Leaning Tower of Pisa

No drinks facilities in room. Rooms looked little tired, cracks in tiles in shower, and cracks in walls in room.

Location was excellent, breakfast was good spread

Shower in our room was broken and wouldn't stay up when showering. Decor is a bit tired and could do with a bit of modernisation. But it was very clean and comfortable

Great stay. Very clean.

It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was in a nice neighbourhood with a good supermarket near by. For the price it was really good. Great location too.

It is a very poor hotel in terms of AC and also the service is worse than the discrimination of foreigners who come from the rest of the world , It's worse that his bed is not soft enough to make him suffer from back pain Advice I encourage you to train the entire staff to be open-minded and welcoming to all who come. I don't want to comment but it's what I saw in your I want things to be corrected and the hotel's profession is improved .

Great hotel. For us a wee bit out of town.

Room and breakfast were fine. Our room didn't have a great outlook but we were happy enough. Cleaning service was great. Taxi service was great. We walked in to town. Not the nicest walk but not too far. I think the taxi service offered is a reAl bonus.

Fresh fruit salad at breakfast.
