Pretty good hotel with quick access to the nearby mountain resorts

Close to Innsbruck Airport and very close to bus stop for local ski bus. Staff were very helpful and you get good free WiFi service throughout the whole hotel.

My double room was a little cramped compared to the photos advertised on booking.com and while the food was of a good standard I found the dinner menu to be pretty limited in scope.

Food was very basic. Expected something festive on Christmas. The shower in my room drained very slowly so you had to turn off the shower before the tray overflowed.

Very friendly staff, good location, easily accessible, clean.

More as improvement points: There was no shower gel in the bathroom There was no full size mirror in the room or outside on the corridor There was no plug near the bed, or anywhere accesible in the room. I had to unplug the TV to charge my phone and take turns in charging other devices

This hotel is seriously underrated. Should be at least a "9." Spotlessly clean. Large rooms and quiet for the most part. Superior reception in the large and attractive lobby area. Easy access to Innsbruck by car.

Poor breakfast, it have what you need but it can be better Pool and spa, all seem's as a ghost wellness place. Only the sauna was functionning and all looked so empty and abandonned Globally all the place is kinda old and a bit outdated A lot of people look to be working there but it's impossible to know because they're all clothed like you and me, no badges or sign to recognize them
