Superb

Good stay with a few hiccups

Superb Location: The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to get around Innsbruck. Great Facilities and Cleanliness: The hotel offers excellent facilities, and I was impressed by how clean everything was. Friendly Staff: The staff were friendly, making my stay more pleasant.

Annoying Lift System: The lift always stops at the reception floor, regardless of whether you go up or down. This was quite irritating after a while. Pricey: I found the hotel a bit expensive. This might be due to its location and the fact that it was Christmas time, but it still felt a bit too much. Room Lighting: The lamps in my room were hanging with long, visible wires, which didn't look great.

Fantastic stay, great value, great location

The location is fantastic as its right by the train station, bus stop to and from the airport and a short walk to the main centre sights

Perfect Location. Friendly Staff.

The Location of the hotel is perfect with direct access from Station. Staff was extremely friendly and helped us store our luggage even after our checkout.

Rooms have very basic amenities and price were high considering amenities.

Great location, lovely staff, nice room with great view

There was no fridge in the room and no kettle for tea and coffee. There was a kettle at reception but you had to bring your own tea and coffee.

Great location, fantastic breakfast and friendly staff.

Booking reference not recognised upon arrival. Sorted by staff and honoured price given in booking. Great breakfast and plenty of it. Room was large for 2 people and quiet despite overlooking railway station.

The room was not as clean as I would expect for a hotel in this group. Dirt and debris was clearly able to be seen under the desk.
