The gym was great. The bed mattress was nice and the massage facility was satisfactoriness.

Thebreakft was not good for us. A variety will be high appreciated. The of few as horrible.

Great place to stay in Sorrento which feels like home

Always clean . Staff at reception extremely polite and welcoming. They are all very knowledgeable of attractions and amenities and are always ready to help. Special mention for Francesca, Roberta, Lucia and Mario. The breakfast buffet was great (although very much the same everyday) and the staff( Katerina. Regina) very helpful.

Great location. Close to train station for arrivals and restaurants. Breakfast was great full breaky.

The pool hours need to be longer, we were out until about 6pm on tours and the pool closes at 5pm so didnt get to utilise all the facilities. Then the bar doesnt open until 7pm

Ok for short stay

Clean and not too far from train station. Front staff friendly. Bar prices good and good view from terrace area. It was helpful that they brought our bags to the room. Welcome drink to the hotel a nice gesture.

The room was very small and we were on 5th floor, elevator goes to 4th. Room was on the end so had disturbed sleep from people using entry exit door. Asked staff member if they could book a tour which they said we wouldnt get at that time around 6pm. Walked to tour operator on street and got a tour with no issues. Its on a main road so very noisy. I also got stuck in the lift which they were able to correct quickly.

Everything was excellent. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The only complaint is the one elevator But we could always use a stairs for exercise.

We liked the Gym, pool, breakfast, staff & cleanliness of the bathroom.

We did not like the room decor - too out-dated and did not really feel clean, felt quite enclosed - perhaps because of the heavy wood, the strong smell of bleach which remained in the room for a good 6 hours, the TV kept turning off,
