Very good

stunning location

Lovely view and outlook from our terrace. Very helpful and friendly reception and housekeeping staff. Wait staff were very attentive and it was a pleasure to have cocktails and dine on the restaurant terrace.

Wonderful accommodations in one of our favorite places to travel.

We loved the location and the free shuttle service into town. We also loved the views from our room and from other parts of the property. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room could have been updated a little and if the pool was heated, that would have been a major plus.

Very friendly staff, excellent shuttle bus, loved the roof top bar. Plentiful breakfast and the hotel was very clean.

Balcony door to tge roomwas not that secure and room was a little tired.

Excellent..

The view And all ,good food at the restaurant for dinner..the owner and staff are all nice..they meet our needs esp.the kettle in the room because we have health issues and we need hot water at night..also no problem for transportation they have a shuttle..

Just the coffee at breakfast not so good for our taste.. And also the water at the lobby,we are ashamed to get because there is a notice at the elevator to buy their tumbler to get free water..free water on the lobby would be perfect..

Stunning views, multiple communal terraces and public areas. Hotel employees are friendly.

This is a three star hotel, not four, by international standards. The Hotel facilities, bedrooms, amenities and public areas are dated, and although functional, they are not four star standard. The breakfast was plentiful, with nice pastries, and yet juices are cordial and not fresh, with poor toaster and boiled egg cooker. The distance from Sorrento central means their Hotel shuttle is necessary. Overall, the hotel is fine and yet three star standard.
