I feel cheated

This hotel should not exist,the technical condition is very bad. the bedding was in very bad condition (holes and stains), broken bathroom door , the walls were scratched. broken hair dryer, staff was informed but did not help us. There were people smoking in the rooms next door and all the smoke was coming into our room. I reported it to the reception twice, but they did not change the room.
