A very enjoyable stay,

The location was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the breakfasts were good.

The bar wasnt open on Mondays and Tuesdays and was closed during the day when the pool was open.

Customer service is non-existent at this hotel, bad cleaning, bad problem handling, really noisy.

The location is excellent for those who want to discover Puerto de la Cruz on foot. Everything is just a few minutes away, great location. The rooftop is nice, the view is really great (although for non-smokers it can be disturbing that smoking is allowed).

My wife's pajamas went missing after room cleaning a few days after we arrived. Despite many attempts to resolve the issue the hotel was not willing to give adequate compensation. We asked to be compensated 30-40 EUR which was the price of said pajama. Instead of compensation we received comments how that is too expensive for a pajama and were offered to buy something at a local merchant for a few euros. Just for comparisons sake we stayed 2 weeks, 4 adults, 2 rooms. The compensation we asked for amounted to roughly 1% of our bill... Apart from this obviously terrible experience the cleaning standards of the hotel are really subpar (dust, hairs on floor, even in bed, scale on all amenities, coffee machine was never cleaned - not even on arrival, etc...). Almost everything can be heard from the adjacent rooms (even peeing, flushing of toilets, opening/closing of closet doors, chairs being moved around...). Many rooms' doors can only be closed by banging them really hard, therefore after 7:00 am it is virtually impossible to stay asleep or rest. As guests are leaving for breakfast and cleaning starts, virtually all you can hear are the doors being slammed.

Good location in the city centre, very helpful staff, simple but nice breakfast, great terrace with a pool.

We got a room looking into the inner patio and even during the day it was quite dark inside.

Exceptional

It's located in the city center in the pedestrian area, so it's central and quiet. The hotel is beautiful and the staff super kind and helpful. We had a great room, comfy beds and an amazing breakfast, which also can be enjoyed in the rooftop terrace. Additionally there is a pool on the roof with amazing views of the sea, city and mount Teide. All in all a wonderful experience, we would definitely come again!

Exceptional

Best value for money in the center of Puerto de la Cruz, amazing terrace with breafast & view

Kind of new hotel in a good location (close everything, but not the busiest street so not too loud around), amazing rooftop terrace, where we enjoyed great breakfast with the view of Teide (upstairs there is also a bar and a swimming pool which brings good vibes). The room was spacious (esp. the bathroom), extremely clean. The beds were comfy. Staff friendly and always helpful. We stayed for 5 nights, and had a room without balcony (as we didn't spend too much time at the place, and the rooftop terrace was enough). Good value for money, would definitely go again!

There was literally nothing bad.
