Very good

Comfortable room and a great location with helpful and polite staff

the room was comfortable and the location was very good. the staff were incredibly helpful.

The breakfast was just okay and the food was very cold.

Exceptional

Clean, Exceptional Staff, and Prime/Quiet Location

I loved that it was chic and clean! We loved the coffee machine by the elevator and the options for breakfast. Our flight got delayed a day and we called the hotel and they were able to keep our reservation. We celebrated our anniversary and it was perfect!

Everything was great, the staff was exceptional.

Very good

Good position in a central and elegant area. Really easy to go around the city. We had a room on the 7th floor with a great view of the Sagrada Familia. Good price compared to other solutions

Friendly staff. Central area for commuting

I booked an upgraded room but was smaller then expected. We had breakfast once but wouldn't recommend. First night was cold in the room. 1 blanket for 2 people, I asked for another blanket was told I didn't need one . I was told to put the heating on ( dial on the wall). The room could have been heated for our arrival.

Location is amazing! Decent breakfast and good size room. The best part was the reception staff specially Yullia! She is just super helpful and caring!

The lack of outlets close to the bed. Towels are old and thin.

Small hotel w good location . We had an early flight . A bag of breakfast is offered from hotel .

Great stay

We really enjoyed this hotel. It is ten minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia and fifteen minute walk from the Gothic quarter. Perfect location, great size room, very clean. It is not in the tourist area as such so it is quiet and feels safe at night.

Location brilliant.

Very tired, very dated and facilities extremely basic. Bar always closed. No tea or coffee in room. Bathroom tired, cracked sink in 104, mouldy grout and silicone round shower.
