Disappointing

Totally not worth the price, and it certainly doesnt deserve a 4-star

The Room is very different from the pictures, the ambience is certainly not as exquisite as in the photos. The corridor smells like perspiration. The building has weird structure that is very pressing, and claustrophobic. The building of my room doesnt have a lift and needs to get on stairs to reach. (One of the) Staff is not friendly.

Everything was efficient

I sadly had a room where there was a very bad smell coming from the shower I signaled it to the staff, but the hotel was fully booked The smell was known by the staff, but they didnt do anything about it I had to suffer through it

Superb

nicely simple, civilised, clean, comfortable, very well-located in a quiet street with lovely staff.

there is no kettle/hot drink provision in the room, it would be great to have that. Sound-proofing between rooms isn't that good.

Although the room is small - i guess in Paris that's normal, but it was comfortable. Staff is kind, good location. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean accomodations but not comfortable at all because of the hard box beds and extremely tight spac

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

The beds are too hard, and the rooms are way too small. There is no room for bags. It was very tight for me and my small daughter. The bathroom was also extremely small.
