Great stay on Mallorca

Next to the Bellver castle, but a bit far from the center. Very beautiful cozy and calm hotel. Breakfast was very good.

It would be nice to have more healthy options on dinner.

Good location, nice garden and lobby.

I did not got the room what I booked. Check in receptionist tried to persuate me, that it is the room she is giving me was the room I ordered. Yes disposition was the same, but the furniture was completely difirent. The reason why I choose this hotel was how the room is furnised. The receptionst was trying to convince me that the room she is putting me in is the same as I ordered. But the furniture in it was outdated and totally different than on the pictures of the room I have booked. She refused to put me in the room I have ordered- it was offseason. Very bad start. Wery thin walls make this hotel noisy. You can literaly listen every word and moan behind the wall. Breakfast is wery simillar every day. Vegetables in the same plastic box with meat is a total fail.

Great llace for a flying visit to Palma

Great location, the room was beautiful.

I found one of the male receptionists to be a little bit rude. Not friendly at all.

It was ok but I would not come back

Good location, beautiful entrance, nice breakfast with nice staff.

But equipments were a bit disappointing. Pool closed from November 1st which was not indicated. Old machines in the gym room. And the room lacked a bit of a style. Furnitures were a little old fashioned. Also, you can hear everything that happens in the corridor.

Fifties style hotel, comfortable stay

Nice hotel at a good location. The staff was very helpful, we could check in early and they were always there to help out. The breakfast was also nice. The room itself was nice and quiet. They are starting renovation in december

The coffee at breakfast was really horrible. Also the whirlpool is only accessible when paying 15 euro's for the SPA
