It was alright, could have been much better.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and kind so I really appreciated that. The location was also very central and close to many tourist attractions which was definitely a positive.

There was a lot of noise of people talking loudly outside the room continuously during night when I tried to sleep. There was nothing in the minibar in the room although the booking suggested there would be. There were also no ironing facilities in the room, nor was the hair dryer working. The bed was uncomfortable and I wasnt able to sleep properly. During my last night at the hotel, someone tried entering my room late night (after 12 am), without knocking, they tried opening the door, I dont know who it was but as soon as I said who is this and what are you doing they left. I went to have breakfast on the top floor on the first day and the breakfast was very cold, and the coffee machine was not working either.

Comfortable room with excellent location

Comfortable room with the Excellent location in the city center close to Sultanahmet square. I could walk from the hotel to all the main sightseeing (Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque) and just get on Tram Line 1 to all the other sights. Their Turkish breakfast is very good. The hotel rooftop has a nice view of Bosphorus strait. I got to see a beautiful sunrise there.

The street around the hotel and Sultaahmet area is quite difficult to drag the suitcase. If you get the public transportation to the hotel, the best way is to get off at Sultanahmet tram stop and walk through the Hippodrome, passing the Blue Mosque and the Four Season hotel.
