Greedy, Evil place. Do not stay under any circumstances. Horrible People.

My entire experience at Hotel Hoposa Niu was awful. Their representative, Xisca, is particularly awful.

I made a small mistake in booking. I contacted them within 30 seconds of having made the mistake which was simply to change my dates for the correct dates. Correcting the mistake was well within their ability as per the rules of the booking site. Rather, they just decided to keep my money. While legally they were in their rights to do so, it was an absolutely inhuman, greedy decision. I would not stay with such greedy people ever again and recommend everybody not to either. To top this off, they completly lied to me claiming that it was outside of their ability to change this despite both of us seeing, in black and white, in plain english, that they could literally do it in one click. Greed and evil.

Beautiful hotel right on the Cala- very relaxing and friendly staff

The amazing hotel is right on the water so it was great to fall asleep listening to the waves. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. It is situated on a beautiful Cala so that was fun to enjoy the beach area after touring around the island. The room is a little small but nothing problematic. It was a perfect stay

The food at the dinner was nothing spectacular so I would recommend driving to Polleca for food. The breakfast was amazing though! There is a hotel next to it that is a bit of an eyesore and can block your view of the beach if you dont have a room on the end. The other hotel has garbage trucks arriving in the morning but this hotel was great.

Lovely location, amazing breakfast!

Beautiful location, lovely rooms. Good value for money. Was the best breakfast we had of our whole trip!!

Sadly we received poor service at the restaurant when having dinner which impacted by impression of the hotel a little. But everything else was delightful.

It was a nice stay in a remote small hotel to take some rest of noisy places.

The hotel is located in quite decent spot, in a cozy quiet bay, next to a beach, with nice view from the terrace and restaurant. Superb breakfast. Very nice staff, we arrived earlier and were accommodated right upon arrival.

Small bathroom. If you take a room without balcony theres no place to dry belongings after swimming.

Beautiful location, but further ahead and get an ocean facing room!

Location was excellent. Breakfast was also very good.

Our room, while well appointed and very clean, was a large disappointment. The garden view is actually a wall to the street. We did not feel comfortable leaving the window open, not to mention the smokers who hung out by the kitchen door. The room was very humid and cave like. The ocean facing rooms looked nice, but avoid rooms 1 and 2.

Quet place to relax.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Its conveniently located near the beach, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Traveling is not easy, because the bus is hectic, you only have to travel by taxi.

Nice beach location but overall quite noisy

Although this location is great on a beautiful beach, it is quite a noisy hotel. The female staff were helpful but some of the male staff were really rude. Parking is only available up the road, but is no cost.

The noise of the kitchen clattering from below and noisy machinery sounding like a generator at night. Some rude male staff.

We loved the hotel

We are used to using fresh milk not UHT so could not have coffee or use the milk at breakfast. It's a very small point. Oh and we felt the measurement of alcohol seemed a little mean. Living in Spain the measurements seemed less than generous in comparison to most other places even on the island.
