It was great and staff were super helpful.

We came from out of town because my wife was about about to go into labor at the local birthing center. First they allowed us to check in a bit early which was really great because we could get settled. Our hotel door card was not working properly, so the staff was generous and went ahead and upgraded our room so we can get settled. Great service honestly.

Great location. So-so hotel.

Great location. There are multiple restaurants you can literally walk to faster than taking your car out of the lot. If you are a light breakfast person, the breakfast at the hotel is just fine. If you'd rather have something heartier, there are 3 restaurants within walking distance that serve full breakfast.

The second floor hallway was muggy and stale. While we were there, one of the 2 elevators was always broken, not always the same one. The inside of each elevator has been vandalized (pieces of signs broken off). While this is non-functional, you asked what I didn't like, and that just leaves an impression of neglect. In that same vein, the carpet on the 2nd floor in front of the elevators is very dirty, stained. The blackout curtains in the room don't close, so you get all the security and street lights coming in. We went and bought sleep masks after the first night. Bags of trash were left in front of the ice machine, which gives out watery ice. When we first got to our room, there was only one bath towel.

Accesible and clean room

They charged me 5 times with different amounts for one night. I called front desk and person was very rude and unwilling to help so now i am working with my bank in removing these charges. Not staying here ever again

Location and staff were friendly.

No hot water for 2 nights. Breakfast was over super early, 9am. Carpets were dirty. Hallways and the one elevator were super hot. The elevator is slow and only one was working.
