This was an amazing christmas getaway/present for my elderly mother.

Excellent room, location, comfort and amenities. The staff were outstanding!

The staff knew it was my birthday and went out of their way to make it special...including leaving a surprise in the room. I was assigned a concierge who was available for questions and recommendations. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. An added bonus was the wine tasting on Friday afternoons. So, we started our weekend with a nice wine which we enjoyed in front of the lounge fireplace.

A SmartTV would have been nice as we wanted to cast something from our phones.

EXCELLENT RECOMMEND AND WILL STAY AGAIN

I liked EVERYTHING. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and attentive. The grounds clean & well kept. The room was absolutely beautiful with plenty of space and every amenity you could think of. Definitely recommend!!

Small thing. Master bedroom fan cord could be a little longer. Im super short so even standing on bed I was barely able to reach cord to turn down. I have a remote at home that helps with the height issue. Just a thought.
