was in town for a event

The breakfast was good just couldn't keep up with the demand of the people. we had to wait allot for food.

The fact that a water park was advertised with the hotel, only to find out we had to pay 16 dollars more per person and the pool was only open for 4 hours a day.

Pet charge is way too much.

Great room. Good size. Facilities were very good. Room well set up.

We were charged $50 to have our very well behaved standard poodle stay with us for one night. Poodles dont shed so there would have been no extra clean up in the room. We had stayed in more than 14 different hotels on our drive across the country and back again. This was the largest fee we have ever been charged. We will not be booking with this chain again.

Amazing needs minimal improvement

Location, value, complementary breakfast and staff

Room heating element wasnt working properly, for the length of our stay, we didnt get any room services, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion gass to be requested as containers in shower were empty.

Superb

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with several hot and cold options. Definitely a great value for the price!

No sleep people be noisy

It was nice other than someone above us running around stomping every hour keeping us awake. Call front desk they didnt care brought it up at breakfast and another person said it had been happening for the two days and they didnt do anything about it. They staff didnt care to concern or try to make up for it

Very home like and comfortable

Had a broken TV, a sink that didn't drain. Shampoo and body wash and the lotion were empty and the toilet paper was not refilled. Everything besides the TV was taken care of when speaking with the front desk. Overall it was good stay.
