Fair rooms, cleanliness and company.

I liked the workout area, it looked very nice and clean. The windows to the pool were convenient to watch the kids swim. I liked the alcohol available at the front desk. I liked the public restrooms and the parking wasn't terrible.

I didn't like how dirty our room was, luckily there was no bedbugs. I didn't like the black circles around the lights in the pool area, the hot tub was dirty. There was bugs on our window seal and the bathroom sink was filthy. There was still hair in the drains and I didn't like that we couldn't take the towels to our rooms. Breakfast was $13 a person, I have a big family so it was very inconvenient. Maybe if the rooms were cleaner then the place would have seemed fancier but it was filthy almost everywhere except the workout area.

Love that it had an actual hot tub! I love that the pool was warm instead of cold!

The beds were hard. Sometimes the front desk wasnt manned.

I loved the layout of the room, spacious and comfortable.

The smoking area right next to the front door, I wish it was at least 25 ft away like most places.

Great place but the people above me were the worst.

The room was fantastic and it was right off the interstate so it wasnt too hard to find.

The people above us were having a party and I could literally hear them fighting.

When I checked in it all went well till I got to the room they assigned me. When I got my room it had been used for something. it was messed up and had used by someone and left in a mess. I went back to the check in desk and reported it. They were very sorry and upgraded me for the issue. the staff was great and addressed it fast and professionally.
