Very Accommodating.

So many things to do around the area. Loved the bartender Kim!

The 1st floor rooms smelled of animal urine. Come to find out that's where the animals were allowed. Was quick to move my parents to the 2nd floor..very nice of them.

Everything was very nice. The room was clean, sheets were very nice, and the restroom was laid out well and clean. The staff were very professional, and breakfast was good. The host was conversational and very kind. I would recommend staying there to my friends and family.

The AC was rattling while it was running. The blinds didn't work correctly. You would pull them down to release quickly, so they snapped up, but they wouldn't snap up. However, the overall stay was outstanding! Anything I found to be an annoying, was very minor.

Found a hair on the soap shelf in the shower and there was standing water in there. Plus there was dirt in the corners in the bathroom

The staff tried their best to be helpful but stated "booking.com does what they do and we can't accommodate your booking"

I am VERY disappointed because the room I booked, through Booking.com, was not what Holiday Inn said was available - I had to book a 2nd room that was even more than the initial room booked. Nearly $400 for one night at a Holiday Inn - ABSOLUTELY appauling!
