Enjoyable but would inspect the room properly next time before accepting it.

Breakfast was very good and the choices were good. The location of the hotel was good and only a 10 minute walk from the Castle, shops and eateries.

We were given a room for wheelchair users which meant that it was probably bigger than a standard double but there was no heating in the bathroom so the towels remained damp. The bed was only a double not a queen or king - not what we have been used to in any other hotel in the UK or across the world. The bed was hard - even my husband who likes a firm bed said it was hard and it dipped in the middle. A very basic tv - couldn't find a button for subtitles or a list of programmes - only the least of our worries!! We were only given one "key" for the door and on the second time of entering the lights wouldn't switch on when the card was inserted inside the room,. We were then given another card/key.

Good choice, really comfy

The room was spacious, heating worked well, bathroom was nice and clean, LOVED the breakfast, especially the yogurt with fruits, it was quiet, staff were really friendly

When I arrived and took a shower there was a fire alarm test that they could have mentioned during check in; humidity caused mold stains on the curtains, they could get some new curtains; It's not the hotel's fault but I had issues getting there as there was no free WiFi at the train station and no maps, maybe the hotel has the power to improve that situation with the mayor or something like that

The hotel was great location for Windsor it was clean and tidy, it was convenient to have parking

The drinks at the bar were a bit expensive, 3 for a can of lemonade to go with my vodka. It was convenient to have parking facilities but it was a bit expensive or is that because we don't have that in Pembrokeshire

Excellent accomodation as usual but a rather slimming experience at dinner.

Good location

Having stayed with Holiday Inn in numerous locations we were surprised to discover, without warning that there was only a very limited menu available at dinner ie pizza or burgers. We eventually settled for soup for my wife and veg risotto for me as we didnt want the alternative. Had we been advised on arrival early afternoon we could have made alternative arrangements. For the first time we were somewhat disappointed with the Holiday Inn experience.
