Very good

Very conveniently situated for us. Made our trip to Leamington Spa. Stress free.

everything. The Hotel is good. Reception service very good, helpful and available 24hrs. Room very clean as was the on suit. Breakfast good hrs. 8-10 Fixed price and everything you would want ( full English)

The light switch. Guests be aware that our room, and probably others, has 2 light switches by the door. 1 switch turns the main room light on. The other turns on / off the main light AND the bathroom light. This is actually useful when leaving, but if you use that switch before you go to sleep you will not be able to turn the bathroom light on alone during the night. This is a constructive criticism. Others who use Hotels more often are prob. aware of this.

Very good

Clean, ample size and all the facilities.

Windows were single glazed timber so even when it rained it sounded like i was outside, so cars going past were quote loud, all which didn't make for a great sleep.

Bathroom shower was great. Bed was large and room was as needed for one night.

The room was very warm and we had no temp control or access to fresh air through opening a window.

Exceptional

My new favourite hotel in Leamington Spa.

Excellent choice of perfectly cooked food for breakfast . Very friendly and helpful reception and dining room staff . The cleaners were also helpful and friendly. Super quiet room .
