There was a lot of school kids there and she apologized for an noise but was actually not to noisy

The recipients was extra nice greeted us and said if we needed anything to please let her know asked if our room was okay she should be recognized for her great job she does. You dont see enough employees that are ver nice and caring anymore

Room was dirty. Carpet was nasty. Curtains were dirty. Tv did not work. Staff got it working - but 30 mins later it quit working.
