Very poor

Did not stay at all.

Was not allowed to stay do to a pet. The online information said pet friendly and was told at check in they did not allow pet and not Holiday inn express allowed pets. We have stayed their in the past but it did not matter. We were going to stay two nights but were charged as a no show.

Superb

Very sweet staff and great price

I loved how accommodating the staff was and that everything was fairly clean. The breakfast was great and really yummy with lots of selection.

My only complaint would be that the pool could be a little more warm.

Exceptional

cozy, fun and comfortable.

I thought the hotel was in a great location, very cozy and the breakfast was very good! will definitely stay again. I also did enjoy that the pool was open and we were able to get some use out of it. overall great hotel.

There was not anything that i felt was wrong with the hotel.

Elevator not working

Nice Hotel - comfy bed and the breakfast was good to great - the problem - they put my family on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working. I had to lug 3 people luggage up and down 3 floors. This hotel was one of the more expensive in the area and I expect the elevator to work - we were only there one night but it never worked the entire time even though the sign said it would only be out an hour. The staff was great - its no their fault but to charge a premium and not have a working elevator - not ok with me

It was clean.

Beds were uncomfortable, staff didnt address noise from kids playing in the hall at 1AM. The pool was supposed to be heated but was really cold. The breakfast wasnt very good- the eggs and sausage was cold.

Property was in a good location

There were a few problems including when I first got there and neither of my keys worked. The next morning I found out that my room could open without using a key so I got told that I would be moved into a king suite. Returned back to the hotel and they only put me in just a king.

Passable

Loud, and rooms need work.

The room was not as clean as it should be. There is all kinds of paint coming down in the bathroom. You can hear all the upper floors are doing, making it extremely loud.
