Loved the clean simplicity. Will prob look for Tru in the future. It was much nicer than the casino hotel we were at in KC the night before, for several hundred less.

Rooms were a little cramped, but great for a clean place to sleep with a shower.

Gentleman at front desk ignored me while he talked to someone on the phone about a car loan. Coffee and Tea were empty in the lobby and there wasnt a pot in our room

Best location available, worth the extra drive time to downtown.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping available to choose from over an extended period of time. There were food and drink options available to purchase and a microwave to heat up food in the lobby area.

Unfortunately, the pillows were flat, and I needed several just to make it how I wanted. I had some issues with the A/C the first time, which ended up giving me a bad night's sleep. The second night I was able to have a better night's sleep after learning how to fix the A/C to my liking.
