Our stay at this hotel was restful.
The hotel is in a convenient location. It is close to interstate and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet.
The bathroom could use a refreshing.

We booked the stay over a month in advance. When we checked in at 9 pm, we were informed that there would be no water from 8 am to 5 pm because they were cleaning the pipe system, something that was obviously scheduled in advance. There was no advance notice given to us, so that we could book a room at another hotel where water would be available. When we tried to shower in the morning after night 2, before the 8 am water cutoff, there was no hot water, apparently due to the pipe cleaning issue. We were offered no partial refund for any of this, just "oh well". No consideration given to any guests regarding the issues that LACK OF WATER would cause.

Comfortable bed, clean linens. The breakfast included omelets that were fresh and tasted wonderful. Front desk kindly switched me to a king bed when I told them I didn't need 2 queens as my traveling companion backed out. The room was huge.
I asked a maid 2 doors away from my room to please refill the soap dispenser. Though my room was serviced, the soap dispenser remained empty. The carpets were very badly stained and unsightly. One of the side doors was propped open with a stone. Not sure if a guest or the hotel did this, but it made me feel unsafe. I also felt the price was too high.

Very convenient location for our visit but not as comfortable as other Holiday Inn Express stays.
Breakfast good. Facility overall fine. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room size very good.
Very difficult to get water temps as we wanted; sometimes cold water couldnt be turned on at sink; sometimes hot not obtainable at sink or shower. 2 luggage carts at entrance not sufficient for size of facility...awaiting availability of a cart held up our check-in for quite awhile.

This hotel was absolutely perfect. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were great and the beds was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet style was very delicious and the perfect way to start our day.

Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Breakfast is neatly prepared and organized. Customer service was immaculate.
The hot water ran out and stayed cold for a while. The pool needs a little TLC. There were algae and hair in the pool. The tub needed some scrubbing.

Took a long time for the shower to heat up, whole place smelled of cigarettes, fitness center is a treadmill, bike, & elliptical in a closet
