The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Providence-Woonsocket is highly recommended by locals and visitors. The facility is well-maintained and all areas are clean. The staff is polite, friendly, and (Read More)provides excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping centers, and attractions such as the Balleys Casino and downtown Providence. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast options are good. Some guests experienced a smell of cigarettes and weed in the halls, but it cleared up by morning. Overall, it is a nice and friendly hotel with good amenities.

Friendly, very Helpful Staff, Clean, Quiet, Comfortable, nice toiletries, good shower temp/pressure, lots of parking, well lit lot, accessible to food /gas , free breakfast with healthy options like egg white veggie omelet, smart balance spread, turkey sausage, fruit, oatmeal. Pancakes, biscuits and gravy, cheese omelet, pork sausage

The breakfast choices were good but the quality of some items wasnt up to other IHG hotels we have stayed at. All juices were watered down by 80%, the turkey sausage was thin and very dried out, the pancakes were extra small.

I would definately stay again and would recommend.

The Breakfast was phenomenal. I try not to eat pancakes, but these were exceptional! I can honestly say this is one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in! Not a bit of dust anywhere. it was a quick ride to restaurants and the Stadium Theater.

the shower was not working but Maintenance fixed it immediately. Clearly, not the hotels fault, but someone smoked marijuana and thats all you could smell in the hallway, along with the smell of whatever someone sprayed to try and cover it up. It would be great if the gym had a universal equipment.

Odd but comfy beds

The bed was super comfortable and the room was prepared well. The room was clean and linen was pristine. The breakfast team staff were definitely the most friendly and by that I mean they said good morning.

The hotel had a very weird feeling. Kinda felt like a social housing option. Im afraid whilst the desk staff were polite there was no humour like they really didnt like their job. Just a strange experience.

I liked that they offered suit style rooms and had a decent breakfast in the AM

Our suit style room that we were using to Separate ourselves from our toddler had a door with a window and no handle separating the room, not very practical. Also, the whole hotel smelled like weed. The staff wasnt the friendliest.
