Didn't stay at hotel due to unforeseen circumstance

We did not end up spending the night at this hotel. The governor of Massachusetts gave the whole hotel over to housing refugees so we had to be booked into a different hotel. The staff did take care of us in getting a new hotel to stay at.

The bathtub was stained and looked not as clean as the rest of the room

Disappointing

Very disappointing!

It was close to the game.

We have always liked staying at this location for the games. This time we were very disappointed that no one had told us there would be migrants staying there. It made the stay very unenjoyable with people knocking on our door all day and night. Loud noises in the hall. We will not be staying at this hotel again unless it goes back to normal.

Very poor

This location has declined in quality dramatically over the last 6 months. I would not stay here again.

Close to work site

So dirtyeverywhere: elevators, fitness room, accommodations. Very noisy at all times of the day and into late evening.

A little unnerving

Was close to where we needed to be

Sixty rooms (!) were allocated to shelter homeless people. They were being fed a pizza dinner in lobby/dining room. That area was a mess with discarded paper plates etc. The staff were overwhelmed! The front desk person was nice and welcoming

Pleasant

It was adequate for the price and it was close to where I was working.

The breakfast was very good. The staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. The proximity to my work location was perfect.

Everything seems old and dirty, not like it hadn't been cleaned, just stained and well-used. The bathtub had stains from caulk, grout, or something dripping down the side.
