Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations! I'm definitely staying again if my travels take me to Pittsburgh

Convenient to the downtown area. The included breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Not good. No manager onsite to talk to about the issues.

The eggs were cold. The decaf coffee was like mud.

Having to climb over a bed to access the HVAC. Water pouring down from the light in the bathtub. Room phone not working. As a senior citizen asked for a room on a lower floor, got the fifth floor in a six floor hotel.

Our stay was awful, uncomfortable, and not a vacation.

The sheets and bed were clean. Everything else was dirty.

The carpet was old and dirty. The bath tub had disgusting stains. The pool was small and dirty. The whole first floor smelled awful. The place was over run by kids without adults present. They were running around the whole hotel without shoes. They were screaming during the night. The floors were sticky in the lobby. It was not a comfortable stay and we wont be back.
