Comfortable stay at a not-so- desirable location

The room was big, clean and comfortable. Well maintained lobby and good breakfast.

Location might not be safe for solo travelers.

Recommendation

The location is great. Close to downtown and the capitol. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is ok. Rooms are quiet.

The dirt some guests made on the carpets in front of their room doors. Unbelievable that those guests didn't even care cleaning it up a bit to what it is possible. I feel sorry for the cleaning ladies.

I liked the locked entrances for sure and that the premises was safe as far as our property such as our vehicles.

The location was fine. In a residential area but walkable to Downtown Phoenix. Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. Housekeeping needs a lot of improvement.

The heated pool was amazing, breakfast was gorgeous, kids had fun making pancakes by themselves with a special machine.

I didn't find how to dry swimming suits after pool.

Very good

Breakfast, coffee and water avaliable Helpful staff and very helpful. Location was nice. Food and places to get coffee in walking distance.

Parking- no lot for guest and had to pay and walk. Valet $40 we came and left a few time during our stay. Maybe should have asked more wuestion if it was a one time fee or per parking.
