How close it was to Cleveland Clinic. The shuttle that they provided to the main campus.

This was a medical trip so none of the tourist attractions were important to me. I would have l Iiked more choices of reasonable priced restaurants that were familiar within walking distance to the Holiday Inn. Not hamburger places but well-known sit down restaurants such as O'Charlie's or Texas Roadhouse. There really wasn't anything I didn't like or couldn't deal with.

I will use them again because of convenience and hospitality.

Provided needed wheelchair and information to go to Cleveland clinic. All staff were very helpful!

Didnt feel like my handicapped bathroom was very clean. Had evening meal in restaurant and they didnt have enough help, waited a long time. They were however kind and apologetic.

I was there for three days and it was relaxing. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

I liked the convenience of having the Cleveland Clinic shuttle to take me to and from the Clinic for treatment.

Most Holiday Inns have free breakfast, this one doesnt. I would be nice if the reinstated room service.
