Superb

Excellent!

Great location and friendly staff! The front desk was very accommodating of our early check-in. The beds are really Comfortable and the rooms are very spacious.

Everything was great except the shuttle that transports you to and from the park gets crowded. Not a big deal since its a short walk.

Pleasant

First time at a Hilton property and disapointed

The hotel was walking distance to Universal Studios and had a shuttle.

Our fist time staying at a Hilton and I'm disapointed. I did not like walking through the lobby to get to my room everytime we left the hotel. The front desk guy seemed very irritated when checking us in, therefore I did not want to ask questions to make my experience easier ("your room is 964") no map was given of the property or even told where the elevators were located or what resturants were available. The walk back from Universal Studios is dangerous when crossing the street but appreciate the railing with no side walk. We saw their was nice dinning areas and had we were told it's a seafood buffet dinner, we would have loved to eat on the property. Again, had the front desk guy been more pleasant/ helpful with the unknown area we would have had a better experience with your property.

The hotel is close to universal studios

There was a problem with there system. They charged me than said my card declined. After showing the hotel manager, where the money was deducted from my account. He stated I must call my bank and get a transaction number are pay again. After much back and forth we were given a room that just wasnt up to the standards of the Hilton the couch and carpet was clearly dirty
