Superb

The room was spacious, charging points were strategically located, staff were all smiles and very helpful, breakfast was beyond expectations, location is superb. Drip cafe at the lobby was really thoughtful. I can simply stay at the hotel without going out. Looking forward to my next stay.

Very good

I liked that the hotel staff would text to ask if you needed assistance - attention to detail! The pool was good for a dip and some sunbathing too.

Service at night was particularly slow. I asked for a hair dryer as there wasn't one in the room and had to wait 45 mins for it to arrive. Should have just gone down to reception to get it myself, would have been much quicker. but kudos to them that they are much more responsive in the mornings/afternoons.
