I didn't like anything, due to not getting to stay. See below.

The hotel staff could not figure out how to assign a room. She took my card for incidentals and billed my card for a room. However, we never stayed. She went back and forth with two different representatives from Booking.com, and everything was fine on their end. She barely understood how to work On Queue and my girlfriend, a previous Hampton employee, ended up trying to walk her through it. We canceled my reservation and proceeded with starting a walk in through my girlfriend, after an hour and a half of failure with my reservation. The rep kept saying that it was such a long night for her and couldn't figure out how to assign a room. Finally, we had to just sleep in our car in the parking lot as it was now after 3 AM. The clerk didn't seem bothered.

It was ok and served a purpose for late night stay while traveling.

Beds were comfortable, linens were clean.

There was no bathroom soap at the sink for handwashing. There was no mat to step on out of the shower. The bathroom floor was dirty.

Our family had about ten rooms and we felt right at home.

Newly renovated rooms were a nice change from previous stays. Will definitely return.

The breakfast bar could use a little more variety.

Not Hilton quality.

The location was perfect, close to everything we needed.

1st room they checked me into was dirty, the sheets had something smudged on them. The front desk clerk moved me to another room. 2nd room was hot, smelly and the air conditioner didnt work. The front desk clerk again changed me to another room. 3rd and final room, The TV display was messed up and there was mildew in the air vent in the bathroom.

Great Location & Price

Visiting daughter at JU made this excellent location with walking distance to restaurants and quick highway access

ice maker on 5th floor was down and the A/C on the 5th floor hall was not working (but sure its fixed now) **most important our room was cool and comfortable.
