The Hilton Garden Inn Fort Wayne is a nice hotel with comfortable beds and a warm hot tub. There was occasionally a wait for the single elevator, but the three-floor hotel made it easy to take the st (Read More)airs. Despite a delay in room availability, the staff, particularly Quan at reception, provided excellent service. The hotel is clean, feels new, and has friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and updated, and guests felt safe during their stay. Some minor issues included a room near the pool with a chlorine smell and inadequate bathroom lighting, but overall, it was a great experience.

Rude, ordered a king size bed, and had to have a double queen. What does change our credit card and we always do! unpleasant experience, and we were there for the loss of our good friend a funeral!!

Check in was a bit hectic. When I checked out the front staff was unable to provide a receipt. Once I received my credit card bill I was charged an additional $25, still do not know what this charge is for

The hotel was easily found and accesible, it was very clean.

The pillows are thin and I like thicker pillows.

I didn't eat the breakfast

The only issue with the hotel is the location is at the intersection of two very busy highways with a lot of truck noise. The place was very nice as was the staff and amenities.

Comfortable but disappointed with the breakfast snafu.

Comfortable and clean modern rooms. Convenient location.

Booking.com indicated that breakfast was included in the price. It was not according to the staff at the hotel. Breakfast was available for an additional fee.
