Great Stay

The staff was very kind and caring both the hotel and restaurant.

Disappointing

Noisy

It was clean and had all necessary amenities.

There was a youth conference going on and our room was right by the door to the stairwell. The kids were up all night long and were constantly using the stairs and the door would slam every few minutes and wake us up. This went on until 3am.

It was central to everything in downtown.

There was a convention across the street. It was for teenagers. They were loud and rude. Noise all time of the night. All adults should have been on a different floor.

Passable

It was good for how short I needed to stay.

It was downtown and close to were I needed to be. It had a great restaurant within the building. Seating outdoors was great. Access to the garage seemed safe to me.

The room was old and worn down. The bed was so big for the space. The pull out couch bed was worn and sketchy. It felt dirt and smelled dingy. I think it is needing upgrades.

Location was great, but I could have stayed at the Hilton, better ambience!

the staff were wonderful, very helpful.

The restaurant! $32. meatloaf! The only thing good on the menu were deviled egg appetizer, no premium coffees! I did not order dinner, even the side salad was lettuce and shaved cheese only! The hotel was decorated in grey and brown and gave it an overall dingy feel..a pop of color and fresh flowers in the lobby would have helped.
