Review 1: The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn Denver/Cherry Creek were extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were a bit hard and the pillows were not great, but everything else about the rooms was (Read More)great. The bar had cheap drinks and the front desk staff were welcoming and quick to assist. Jon at the front desk was especially helpful. Review 2: The hotel is clean and comfortable, with a nice lounge area. The staff is always kind and welcoming, which makes checking in more comfortable. The location is great for camping and hiking. Review 3: Staying at the Hilton for a business trip was enjoyable and comfortable. The accommodations were top-notch, with attention to detail and excellent service. The front desk staff were exceptional and went out of their way to accommodate the guest. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and a Kosher Deli. Overall, a solid experience.

Would stay somewhere else.

Location

Had an adjoining room. The person in the other room had their Television on all the time. Never shut it off all night. Very annoying, we barely slept.

Very poor

over priced place with no free food and terrible parking and pricing.

room was fine.

advertised as breakfast included and parking included. this was false and should have signs up saying breakfast wasn't complimentary. other guests were under the same impression and were equally annoyed. parking was not worth 12 dollars.

Superb

Overall a great stay.

Great location. Very quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Bed mattress was badly worn and it felt like my feet were higher than my head. Restaurant and Bar were closed but not sure I would have utilized them anyway.

Very good

Check in was easy and adding another night was easy as well.

Asked to have additional towels and sheets changed for a 4 day stay but was told there were no evening housekeeping. Unfortunate but not terrible.

Will return to the area, but not sure I will return.

The property is centrally located, in a nice, safe neighborhood. Very close to many attractions. Much/many of the front desk staff. I did not know what was going on.

The room was dirty, smelled like body, odor, the hallways and elevator, dirty. The housekeeping schedule was not explain so during our multi nights day, we did not receive housekeeping The breakfast buffet for $15 was either, sparse or served watery/incomplete food such as eggs

Very poor

Well never stay there again.

The air-conditioning

Cheaply remodeled, mold in the tub of the bathroom, the shower did not function as it's supposed to and there was dirt under the bed. Plus they charge $12 parking.
