Very good

A fair Hotel to stay.

Hilton located at a very good place and it's quite easy to reach superior restaurants. It's also easy for Taxi and Uber.

There's no place to sit or wait in the Lobby. Too crowded.

Nice stay at the Hilton

We stayed at the Hilton for 3 nights in a junior suite on the 9th floor. It is a lovely hotel perfectly situated for restaurants, close to the river and within walking distance to the centre. All the staff were friendly, helpful and well trained in customer service. We enjoyed breakfast in the executive lounge along with evening drinks and nibbles. Breakfast buffet choice limited but adequate with an option to order omelettes, or you could use main breakfast room. Our suite was large with a desk and seating area, separated from the bed area by a screen, there was a large bathroom and dressing room. The whole hotel was very clean.

It was dirty, broken down , the breakfast was terrible, service was bad , except the bar. The whole hotel need a Re think and some money spent on restoration .

Exhausted.

Good location with restaurants and BARS. This can be both a positive and a negative as you will continue to read on. Comfortable bed (when you are able to sleep).

I specifically requested a quiet room when I checked in, as I was traveling from the UK, connecting through Buenos Aires for one night. Despite this, I was given a room on the first floor. Around 11 pm, I woke up, thinking my windows were open due to the loud music from across the road. The windows and doors were vibrating from the bass. I'm accustomed to noise as a professional DJ traveling for work. I called the front desk, and they said they'd contact the nightclub to lower the volume, which made me wonder if this was a common occurrence. Why place me in a room so close to the bar when I explicitly asked for a quiet room/floor? On the phone, they assured me the bar would close at 1 am, and it would be quiet afterward. However, the music continued until 2 am, and I'm writing this on my way to the airport the next morning, having to wake up at 6 am. Keep in mind that I had been traveling for about 16 hours that day. I was offered a meager discount on my stay, and I'm now hesitant to return. It's a shame because the hotel is beautiful, and the staff, on the whole, were great, but the lack of communication with customers upon check-in is disappointing. I'm not trying to discourage anyone from staying here, but I want to emphasize that if you want a peaceful night's sleep, make sure you request a room on a higher floor, away from the street and bars.

We love staying at the Hilton Puerto Madero Hotel

Very nice customer service. The best breakfast ever. Modern rooms. Very nice staff at the reception and breakfast area. Very clean rooms. They clean the room everyday. That is great because you dont have to request it. Great location and super close to Restaurants.

The modern rooms look great. However, having more storage would make the stay more comfortable. The valet parking should have more staff to be able to get the vehicle quicker.

Great stay in Maduro area

The hotel is very well located in the newly urbanized area with many restaurants nearby, You can walk to Pink House in 15 min. and with Uber main sightseeing spots are esliy accessible. If you have lounge access breakfast is served there which has a bit less choice but comes with a nice rooftop view. Additionally you can enjoy their happy hour with some snacks and drinks. And yes there are comfortable Hilton matrasses

Soundproof in the rooms could be better. Also good coffee is the challenge. it is below expected in Latin America quality
