Huge rooms. Helpful and kind staff. Fun and convenient location.
The property was located in a really cool neighborhood with cool restaurants, bars and shops. I've never really stayed in BK as I am (by birth) a Manhattanite. LOL. However, this experience definitely turned me on to loving Brooklyn. I actually felt like I was experiencing a different New York. I tried so many things because so much was close to this property. I never even went across the bridge to my normal haunts. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was HUGE for a hotel room in New York and if you know, you know. The bathroom was clean and my room was always turned down when I got back inside. There is a bar downstairs and the hotel serves breakfast and dinner but I did not get a chance to try. It smells great though. I really have nothing bad to say about this place.

Good stay. Wish housecleaning would have been better,
Enjoyed the location and lobby bar. Rooms were cozy.
Only received housecleaning twice during our one week stay. Hotel ran out of towels one evening. All of this may be due to short staffed over the Holidays.

I felt very good vibes from this hotel, and will definitely stay here again!
It felt welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. The atmosphere was warm and pretty nice.
The only thing I had an issue with was the lack of towels in my room.

Basic, no frills, few "perks" for the price. It was fine. Clean, staff friendly.
Breakfast wasn't included (for $500/night), wifi wasn't free so we used our LTE.
